Goods return or replacement


We are proud of the high quality of products in PROGRESS. If you are not satisfied with our product you can return it within 14 days (see Terms and Conditions 8.1).

The following conditions must be met when returning goods:

  • 14-day period commencing on the day following the date of accepting the shipment by the customer.

  • The returned goods must be send back with a receipt attached(a copy of the delivery note or the invoice). The refunded money shall be transferred to your account no later than 14 days after the delivery of the notice of withdrawal. Please do not forget to specify the account number to which the money should be refunded. The refund may only be made by bank transfer.

  • Returned products must be complete, including the original labels and if possible in the original packaging. Clothes must not be used or damage.

  • The goods must be returned to the address of our warehouse: PROGRESS sportswear s.r.o., Pražská 483, 397 01 Písek, Czech Republic. Your consignment will not be accepted in the company store or at any of the pickup points. Do not send the goods "cash on delivery".

  • Attach and fill in the Returning and Exchanging Goods form. Completing the form will ensure that your request will be sold faster

  • If you like to change the garment please fill in the form (especialy the name and the size of the product). We only exchange the same products. If you like to change your garment for a different kind of product we recommend to create the new order.
  • In case of replacement or return of goods the shipping costs must be paid by customer.
