Here in Progress we are proud of the high quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with our product you can send it back within 14 days (see Terms and Conditions 8.1).
The following conditions must be met when returning goods:
- 14-day period commencing on the day following the date of receipt by the consumer.
- The returned goods must always be accompanied by a receipt (a copy of the delivery note or the invoice), documenting that the goods were purchased from our company. The refunded money shall be transferred to your account no later than within 14 days of the delivery of the notice of withdrawal. Please do not forget to specify the number of the account to which the money should be refunded. The refund may only be made by bank transfer.
- Returned products must be complete, including the original labels and if possible in the original packaging. Clothes must not bear any signs of damage or use.
- The goods must be returned to the address of our place of business: PROGRESS sportswear s.r.o., Pražská 483 – budova skladu, 397 01 Písek. Your consignment will not be accepted in the company store or at any of the pickup points. The deadline shall be considered met if you send the goods back within 14 days. Do not send the goods "cash on delivery".
- Attach and fill in this form Returning and Exchanging Goods specifying your case/product. Completing the form will ensure that your request is dealt with faster.
- If you like to change the garment please fill in the form (especialy the name and the size of the product). We only exchange the same clothing with the same price. If you llike to change your garment for a different kind of product we recommend to create the new order.
In case of replacement of goods the shipping is fully paid by the buyer.
